- Manager - Member Growth Marketing - Join
- Manager - Member Growth Marketing - Stay

As the **Manager - Member Growth Marketing - Join**, you'll focus on acquiring new members and driving early engagement. Your role will be to attract prospects and convert them into active members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

As the** Manager - Member Growth Marketing - Stay**, you'll be responsible for member retention and advocacy. Your role will involve keeping members engaged and satisfied throughout their journey with us, leveraging loyalty programs to achieve business objectives.

In both roles, you'll:

- Lead the creation of annual and long-term marketing plans.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across the journey.
- Manage performance marketing, including SEM, SEO, Display, Social, and Affiliate marketing.
- Develop and grow ART’s loyalty program and leverage it across the customer journey (Stay).
- Ensure a connected journey across touchpoints, from offsite to owned experiences.
- Utilise data and insights to measure performance, optimise audience targeting, and refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with various teams to align messaging and enhance the member journey.
- Work with the Personalisation and MarTech teams to create seamless multi-channel member journeys.
- Manage relationships with agency partners to ensure strategic, fiscal, and operational performance.

These roles are **permanent** opportunities based in **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne**.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You've proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly in member engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- You have a strong understanding of performance marketing, including SEM, SEO, Display, Social, and Affiliate marketing.
- You've managed the full member journey from onboarding to retirement (Stay) and from prospect to active member (Join).
- You'll also know how to leverage loyalty programs to achieve business objectives (Stay).
- You can use data and insights to measure performance, optimise audience targeting, and refine campaigns.
- You've worked with MarTech tools to create seamless multi-channel member journeys.
