**Day in the life...**
- Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, managing relationships with existing affiliates, and creating marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Analyse and optimize affiliate performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue per click
- Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with partners

**Experience needed...**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
