We are a dynamic Mortgage Management company in the Brisbane CBD, offering home loans to both Australian and Overseas clients. Our relationships and funding lines allow us the opportunity and flexibility to create lending products and programs specifically aimed towards particular client sets or market niches while working with a diverse range of clients located in different countries.

**About the role**

You’ll be providing support to our BDMs to grow the business and through exceptional client experiences and business relations by:

- Prepare reports and provide accurate and timely updates to senior management
- Responding to Broker scenarios and queries
- Communicating escalations within the team and following through with the loan process to provide updates to stakeholders
- Assisting with meeting preparation, event presentation and sales pitches

**About you**

We are looking for someone who has:

- Self-motivated and an aptitude to learn and develop
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Positive, friendly, solutions-based attitude
- Well-developed written and verbal skills in English and Chinese
- Previous experience in a similar administrative/sales support role
- Understanding of financial industry principals and regulations including NCCP and AML/CTF may be an advantage
