**The Opportunity** We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Trade Sales BDM to join the Dulux Trade Sales Team based out of Brisbane North, in this role you will utilise your transferrable skills to extract opportunities of a trade-facing nature via phone and face-to-face call cycles You will grow and maintain the existing Dulux customer base. **What you will bring and develop**: You will bring resilience and ‘can do attitude’ to succeed in this role. In this role, you will ask, listen, learn and act to help our customers win. As a high performing, experienced sales consultant, you will be able to articulate and demonstrate how your authentic sales style has led to your success so far. **Ideally you can demonstrate**: - Demonstrated experience in face-to-face, trade selling. - Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport, influence & negotiate - Time management and oraganisation skills - Proficient in computer with the ability to interpret data - Experience working with CRM **Our Place** With a rich history spanning more than a century, we are home to some of Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic brands.
