The Real Estate Firm was born out of a desire to set a higher standard in the real estate industry and provide our clients with a service they deserve.

We're a boutique, independent, family-owned company that started small and local in origin but with big ambitions. Now, with a strong reputation and solid foundation, we're entering our first major growth phase and looking for exceptional people to join us across both sales and property management.

This isn't about building from scratch—it's about amplifying what already works. As our Business Development Manager / Property Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our property management division, shaping our future, and positioning yourself for leadership opportunities as we grow.

What is the role?

  • Hybrid BDM + Property Management role
  • Looking after a small existing portfolio whilst also growing the portfolio
  • Overseeing and running all aspects of leasing and property management of the current portfolio (excluding trust accounting)
  • Focusing on growing and scaling the property management portfolio
  • Implementing systems and processes to support growth
  • No limits on area
  • Providing value add and investment strategy to clients and a high level of professional service
  • Working within a tight knit collaborative and entrepreneurial boutique business
  • Backed and supported by an experienced team with best practice standards
