**About the Company** - We are an Authorised Representative of MGA Insurance Group, with 11 staff, spread across Sydney & Brisbane. We provide General Insurance products and advice to businesses ranging from sole traders to large national organisations. We pride ourselves on the fantastic team we've been able to build, with many long term employees, that provide excellent service and advice to our clients.

**About the Role** - Full training will be provided, but within three months you will have the following key responsibilities to be successful in the role:

- Inbound phone based Customer Service to a portfolio of SME businesses;
- Sourcing quotes & providing recommendations to clients;
- Up-selling to existing clients other lines of insurance; and
- Managing relationships with Insurers and internal stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for delivering a superior level of customer service;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong computer literacy on both Microsoft & other platforms;
- A polished & professional presentation;
- Demonstrable sales & customer service experience;
- A willingness to learn, completing studies in a timely manner; and
- A desire to build a career for yourself.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
