MGA Insurance Group is an award-winning Risk Management & Insurance consulting firm with innovative experts in their fields. Located in the heart of North Sydney, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, supportive and unique culture with strong values around business ethics and staff development. Including a small office in Brisbane, we are a team of eleven industry professionals looking for two new team members to assist in our growth and maintain our high levels of client service.

**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for a Client Service Executive to join the North Sydney team to provide sales support & customer service to our existing client base of SME businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting kick-start their professional career with a varied role that offers great career development with opportunities in the Financial Services industry. Duties can include:

- Phone based Customer Support
- Accounts administration such as Debtor management
- Data entry & document generation
- Attending client functions & events
- Electronic filing

**About You**

Experience in prior client servicing and/or sales based roles is required. We've perviously had great team members join our business from retail, hospitality and customer service based roles, so Insurance skills are not a prerequisite. The right attitude, a friendly persona and positive mindset are valued highly, along with the following:

- Must be a self motivated, proactive and focused individual who is confident and flexible in their work
- An engaging personality that enjoys building relationships with clients
- Confident user of technology and very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent writing, formatting and communication skills, and a strong eye for detail

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff have access to free RAT kits in addition to an additional HEPA Filtration system placed within the workstation area. Staff are request to work from home when they are suffering any COVID-19 symptoms.

- North Sydney, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
