**About the Role**:
As the Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to lead and manage our 179-place, 10-room service. You will play a key role in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly, while also providing mentorship and support to our team of educators. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care and education, as well as fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Director in the overall management of the centre, including staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
- Mentor and guide educators in performance and best practices, helping them develop professionally and improve the quality of educational programs.
- Assist with rostering, administration, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure the centre maintains compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the broader community.
- Be available 5 days a week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a similar Leadership capacity or 2+ years in an Educational Leader/Lead Educator role
- Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively studying towards
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Current CPR and First Aid
