**About the role**

A great opportunity to bring your creative flair and join our amazing Help & Advice online team as a LiveChat Project Support Crewmember. Our office is located in Padstow NSW, however this role is available to work remotely and full training will be given.

This position requires you to communicate with customers and consumers via LiveChat to answer questions, solve problems, troubleshoot, and offer project advice. Our aim is to engage with our consumers on their paint journey, with the ultimate goal of providing WOW experiences every step of the way.
- This role is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts between the operation hours of Monday to Friday 6.00 am - 7.00pm and a rotating Saturday (Agents are asked to work 1 Saturday per month) - Additional benefits in role include 1 RDO per month. _

**Responsibilities**
- Providing colour design choices to consumers
- Answering product related questions
- Recommending products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
- Basic troubleshooting
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as required

**Skills & Experience**

You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills along with a proactive, customer-focused approach. As a great team player, you’ll be hardworking and flexible, and will be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. Other key skills and experience include:

- Great customer service (min. 2 years practical experience in customer service role)
- Proactive, supportive and demonstrates good initiative
- A passion for colour/interior design
- The ability to move through a website and other data sources to find and transmit both information, encouragement, and excitement
- Excellent verbal and written skills are compulsory for this role, along with excellent typing skills
- HSC or external certificate e.g., TAFE and above preferred
