Customer Support Consultant

**About the role**

As a Customer Support Consultant for Selleys in Padstow, you will provide high quality customer service to our consumers by engaging with our consumers on their specific task and guide them through every step of their journey, taking them from Task to Triumph, making their DIY projects as easy and seamless as possible.

As a customer centric professional, you will be joining a market leading brand with 75 years of world class quality and product innovation. You will be provided with 3 weeks comprehensive training to ensure you are set up to succeed in the role, but more importantly, we will continue to provide training and coaching throughout.

This role sits within a supportive team where your enthusiasm and desire to learn will be a valuable asset. We are open to someone who is looking to move forward with their career and wants to join a successful and dynamic business. Full comprehensive training will be provided.

**This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week 8.30am - 5.00pm**

**Responsibilities**
- Tag and reported specific data as per management requirements
- Recommend products across our portfolio in line with the consumers enquiry
- Lead projects within the Help and Advice team eg: the introduction or management of business initiatives

**Skills & Experience**

You will bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience. As a great team player, you will be hardworking and flexible and will be confident to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Call Centre experience or customer service/ retail background in a similar industry
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are compulsory for this role, along with excellent typing skills
