**About the role**
Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager this key role is accountable for developing the Dulux Group Suite of products whilst cementing relationships with prospective and established customers across new commercial construction space. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
Working in the greater Sydney region you will focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth; building strong relationships; and adding value to your customers through providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive specification growth and commercial sales across the Sydney region
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, specifiers, and designers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that projects are specified
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience managing a territory and knowledge of the commercial building or construction markets would be beneficial for success in the role
- Exposure to sales targets and managing sales cycles;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- IT savvy with experience in MS Suite and CRM
