**Position Information**:
Hoxton Park High School is a co-educational, comprehensive secondary school. The school has an enrolment of 790 students and is inclusive of 83% LBOTE students, 10% Refugee students and 4% Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students.

The school has a strong academic focus, and its priority areas include literacy, numeracy, creative and critical intelligences, and STEM. **Selection Criteria**:
Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (secondary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs (secondary) in regular classes. Capacity to provide specialist assistance to students in regular classes with additional learning and support needs and their teachers.

Demonstrated ability to collaboratively plan and deliver quality evidence-based literacy support through a whole school approach to achieve school priorities and to improve the learning outcomes of every student.

Demonstrated ability to collate and use student data for analysis of student growth and achievement to support classroom teachers to differentiate curriculum and assessment for students with disability and/or additional learning and support needs.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with key staff, and consult with students and families to design, implement and evaluate quality personalised learning support.
