As a Service Advisor you play key & pivotal role a pivotal role within the dealership helping our guests to get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service.

**As a Service Advisor, your role will include**:
- Meeting and greeting guests promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced
- Ensuring you create an exceptional guest experience
- Checking guests in & out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes
- Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on all issues a guest raises in relation to their vehicle
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

**To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes**:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership or Automotive environment is required.
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Must like helping Guests & solving problems
- Attention to Accuracy and a high attention to detail is a must
- Be positive individual and to change and championing Guest Experiences
- Current manual driver's license
