We have launched a **state-of-the-art Volkswagen dealership**, and we are looking for an **experienced Finance Manager** who brings more than just skills — we want **personality**. Someone who knows that cars are more than transport — they are an expression of style, ambition, and identity.

You will be part of a high-energy team that is building a dealership culture from the ground up. You are not just selling cars — you are creating an experience, telling a story, and matching the right person with the right vehicle.

- Previous experience in automotive finance in a dealership with a proven track record

**What You will Be Doing**:

- Guiding customers through the entire sales journey with confidence and flair
- Using your knowledge and intuition to match customers with their perfect vehicle
- Building lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets with pride and consistency
- Helping shape the dealership’s culture, standards, and reputation from day one

**About you**:

- Open (manual) driver's license
- Finance Accreditations (VWFS Accreditations preferred but not necessary) & Australian driving license
