Mercedes-Benz Toowong & Macgregor, part of the Autosports Group, are seeking a dedicated Pre-Owned Finance Specialist to join our high-performing team. With access to 50–80 quality pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles each month across two leading dealerships, this role provides an exceptional opportunity to deliver results and grow your career in luxury automotive finance.

About the role

This role is designed for a results-driven finance professional who will:
• Provide tailored finance and insurance solutions to pre-owned customers across both sites

• Support the new car finance team during leave or RDO coverage

• Prepare and submit finance applications while maintaining compliance and accreditation standards

• Build strong relationships with financiers, sales teams, and customers to maximise opportunities

• Deliver service that enhances customer satisfaction and repeat business

About you

• Proven experience in automotive finance sales

• Strong deal-closing and negotiation skills

• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment across multiple sites

• Committed to compliance, accuracy, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes

• Hold a current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
