**The role**:
Snooze **Macgregor** is on the lookout for an experienced **Store Manager** who is sales-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to lead a team an established team to success in 2025.

This** full-time** position will require rostering to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays. It offers an attractive remuneration package plus eligibility to participate in performance incentives.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and inspire a motivated team in a bustling store environment.
- Oversee daily store operations with an eye for detail delivering with consistency.
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your team members.
- Ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Confidence and proficiency in using technology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to foster strong relationships within your team.
- Experience in completing detailed administration, such as managing purchase orders and invoicing.
- Physical stamina to stay active on the sales floor and occasionally handle heavy stock.
