**This is an exciting opportunity to join Lighting Illusions, one of Australia's fastest-growing Home Improvement retailers.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our tight-knit sales team at our Macgregor store. In this role, there will be ample training and support provided with the opportunity to progress with the team.

**What does this opportunity look like for you?**

This role is perfect for a reliable and customer-centric salesperson that is passionate about providing customers with the best service experience possible. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience including:

- Customer service & sales
- Processing payments through our POS system
- Picking and packing orders
- Stock control
- Ensuring the store is looking its best through maintenance, cleaning and merchandising
- Working with the team to meet store and personal goals

**About you**:
**To be the perfect fit, you'll be**:

- Experienced in customer-facing roles like retail or hospitality. A passion for Interior Design or Lighting would be an added bonus (but not required)
- Reliable, an amazing communicator and a team player.
- Confident and excited to sell our range of products and make their homes a little brighter
- Friendly, engaging and have a "can-do" attitude
- Have awesome attention to detail
