We are currently recruiting for an experienced
**Talent Acquisition Advisor **to become a part of a National HR Team for an industrial supplier
**.**

This position will be reporting into the People and Culture Manager you will receive flexible working arrangements including WFH Flexibility.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the company in order to develop, manage and support strategic recruitment programs to identify appropriate talent for open roles in the business.
- process and liaising with branches to ensure all information is provided for employee mobilisation and start.
- Engage with Managers to deliver training courses, information sessions as required to educate and inform the organisation of P&C related policies, programs, initiatives, legal requirements, and best practices.

**Skill and Experience**
- Previous experience working in an internal end-to-end recruitment role or a generalist HR role;
- understanding of awards and Legislative policies and procedures.
- experience with blue-collar recruitment
- Previous experience in a company ideally servicing the mining sector, or in the engineering/industrial sector;
- Past experience in coordinating recruitment assignments, national marketing, and promotion campaigns.
