**The Role**

Supporting the Director, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team contributiong to strategic projects and programs.

Duties will include:

- Providing EA and support services to the Director
- Inbox management
- Diary management
- Stakeholder management
- Recruiting for temporary staff and secondments
- Updating records and databases
- Responding to inquiries and requests as needed

This is a temp position, initially for a 6 month contract with potential to extend. This position is paying $470 - $520/day + super.

**The Organisation**

Our client is a large government department based in Parramatta. They provide flexible working options, with 2-3 days in the office. This team is involved with a transformation project for the Department.
- Demonstrated experience in a PA/EA position
- Secretariat and TRIM/records exp preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines
- Previous state government exp desirable
