**Bank Customer Service Specialist (Branch) - Western Sydney - Immediate Start**

We are seeking dynamic and motivated **Customer Service Officer** in the **Paramatta and Penrith region **for a reputed bank. This is a **fulltime permanent** customer facing branch based opportunity.

**What will your key responsibilities include?**
- Act as first point of contact, positively interacting with customers and building strong personal relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions with our comprehensive range of banking products and services.
- Assist customers with bank transactions and queries.
- Work collaboratively to contribute to team and bank’s performance expectations.

**What are we looking for?**
- Tier II Accreditation/ Cert III in banking is a must.
- One to two years of experience in a Bank in Australia.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills,
- Advanced ability to prioritize, stay organized, and follow up.
- Commitment to Customer Service and a passion for seeking solutions.

**Salary**: $49,562.72 - $71,813.50 per year
