**About the Role**

In this newly created role you will be required to provide high-level of administration support to the Managing Director by offering administration assistance, reporting, ensuring efficient communications and facilitating a smooth operation on daily activities, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, and lively Personal Assistant to join their expanding team in Parramatta.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage front reception area
- Organise travel arrangements
- Planning and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics and document preparation
- Meeting support including structuring and taking detailed minutes
- Ad hoc requests directed by director
- Answer phone inquiries, in a timely and accurate manner to ensure all issues are attended to and resolved swiftly
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, operations, warehouse, and transportation to ensure efficient operations

**About You**
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Agile, flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Proven experience in similar role
- Previous experience in logistics or 3PL would be highly advantageous
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated Experience Willingness
