**Join our Corporate Governance Team as an Integrity Lead**

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Corporate Governance Manager, this role is responsible for providing leadership in the development of strategies, policies, systems, and processes that support corporate governance.

Duties for the role will include:

- Coordinating, analysing and providing recommendations in relation to declarations of interests, management plans and declarations of gifts and benefits, providing consultancy advice to all employees.
- Leading the digitisation maturity project for declarations and gifts and benefits.
- Initiating accurate internal and external reports.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects across the team.
- Building on audit processes in collaboration with the Internal Audit Lead.
- Reviewing and responding to complex requests for information,
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.

**About you**:

- Ability to work as a member of a team and to foster a spirit of cooperation and collegiality with colleagues at a wide range of levels,
- Proven ability to generate creative and original solutions to complex problems,
- Experience in providing advice and solutions to a range of corporate governance matters in a government or health setting,
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting legislation and sourcing legal advice on issues of a complex or sensitive nature,
- Ability to engage with a broad range of organisations and networks and to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within and external to SALHN.
