**Location: Adelaide, SA**:
**Responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to**:

- Document control of the Business Management System (BMS) and maintenance of Company’s BMS Register of Documents
- Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures to ensure continual improvement of BMS
- Updating system documentation in consultation with the relevant SME(s)
- Assisting in simplification of systems, process and Change Management process
- Assisting in implementation of new Business Management System (BMS) processes
- Managing internal BMS audit as and when required and assist in review of internal and external audit outcomes
- Supporting and assisting WHSEQ department and other managers in relation to BMS systems and process
- Assisting the WHSEQ Compliance Lead prepare monthly WHSEQ board reports and Management of Change
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as and when required by the National WHSEQ Manager and WHSEQ Compliance Lead

**About You**:
To be successful in the role, you will need;
- Qualification as Lead Auditor
- Demonstrated years of experience in System lead/management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent (desirable)
- Ability to obtain ADF DCAC & Police Check
- Construction Industry White Card and Current Valid Driver’s Licence
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently
