**About the role**:
You will be responsible for leading our Hub Services Support Team in our Head Office.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintain and enhance relationships with internal stakeholder groups;
- Ensuring clients are well supported and that expectations and goals are met;
- Ensuring team members possess the required knowledge to perform their roles;
- Cross-training of team members
- Allocation of resources to ensure client service expectations are met; and
- General administrative tasks

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team;
- Commitment to the ongoing skill development of the team; and
- Good attention to detail
