We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your expertise in the local market, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will ensure that clients receive the highest level of service. This position requires a proactive approach to client management and a strong commitment to achieving results.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments to provide informed insights to clients.
- Utilise administrative skills to manage paperwork, schedules, and client communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.

**Experience**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a diverse clientele.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Need Real Estate Class 2 Licence

Pay: $5,000.00 - $35,344.00 per year
