**Real Estate Sales Associate - MGM MARTIN - Team DB**

**MGM Martin - Team DB** is looking for the next addition to their dynamic and award winning team. If you are a real estate sales associate who is hungry for progression with a desire to grow and be mentored by a #1 Sales Director, this rare opportunity could be the one for you.

**The Role**
- Prospecting the local area which includes a mix of cold and warm calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping - training and support provided
- Attending open for inspections as well as private inspections
- Preparing weekly open for inspection packs
- Building and maintaining relationships with current clientele including vendors, buyers, solicitors, trades etc.
- Providing support to the sales director and his team
- Preparing and attending appraisals
- Database management, data entry, and administrative tasks as required
- Assisting with coordination of advertising and marketing where required

**Previous residential real estate experience is preferred but not essential - It's about personality, attitude, and desire to succeed to join this tight knit team**
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate personal presentation is a given
- Driven and highly motivated with a desire to learn from one of the best
- Strong knowledge of the green square / inner south areas preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Zetland, NSW 2017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License (required)
