Core Studios is Sydney's premium content production studio, creating iconic campaigns for top real estate and lifestyle brands. We're seeking a detail-driven
Production Coordinator
to support our creative teams, manage workflows, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality content.

What you'll do

  • Proof, retouch, and deliver high-volume creative assets (photos, floor plans, films, copywriting).
  • Manage client and supplier communication and triage inbox requests.
  • Support photographers and videographers with equipment, scheduling, and on-set needs.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to offshore teams.
  • Keep projects on track with accurate CRM updates and administration.

What you'll bring

  • Sharp attention to detail & ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop experience (ideal, not essential).
  • A proactive mindset and passion for creative production.
