**About the Role**
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide sales and administrative support to our Sales Director in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the sales process and branding:

- Performing a variety of administrative tasks for an individual
- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
- Arrange and coordinate new property listings, including communicating with property owners and relevant parties, preparing necessary materials, and overseeing the entire listing process
- Liaise with company sales personnel to ensure smooth property sales processes and assist the Director in managing and tracking the progress of each property sale
- Work side-by-side with our sales directors, agents and marketing team

**About You**:

- Fluent in Chinese and English are required
- Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential;
- Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Proficient in Micorsoft office programs
- An enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual
- Good communication and task management skills with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Well-organised and attentive to details
- Ability to work on flexible hours
