**What you’ll do**:
Drive value, innovation, and efficiency across our indirect procurement spend.

We're seeking a results-driven professional to lead **Category Management** and Strategic Sourcing initiatives. You’ll develop and execute category plans, identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities, and build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify and deliver value through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare and present compelling business cases for procurement initiatives
- Ensure procurement practices meet compliance, safety, and performance standards
- Support franchise partners in achieving indirect procurement value

**What you’ll bring**:

- Demonstrated experience in procurement category management
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract and category management, negotiations, supplier relationships, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial supplier relationships effectively
- Skilled in delivering clear commercial advice and recommendations to leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at handling challenges and conflicts
- Experienced in procurement data analytics, including spend analysis and savings tracking
- Proven success in managing tenders and negotiating favourable outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline
