Due to internal promotion, there is now a rewarding opportunity for a talented **Administrator** to join us.

**Jump into action**

Working full-time out of Terrey Hills on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, you will be **responsible for a wide range of administration tasks**, including communicating with internal and external clients, coordinating the order process, producing & maintaining documentation, accounts payable & receivable, reporting and analysis.

**What we need from you**

It is considered essential that you possess **demonstrated sales support/administration experience**, ideally in a small to medium sized business. While not essential, a qualification in business administration will be advantageous.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate the order cycle and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers re. stock and communicate with sales team
- Prepare documentation and records management
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Complete and submit forms and produce reports
- Travel arrangements
- General office duties

You must be **highly organized, adaptable and efficient** with the ability to juggle competing priorities, meetdeadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and be comfortable working both autonomously and within a team environment. Your **superb attention to detail and strong communication skills **will make you a key player in a tight knit, supportive team. With a **methodical approach and ability to multitask **your days will fly by.
