The Bridge is a not-for-profit community services organisation which provides a variety of services for youth and people of adult age who have various disabilities and disadvantages.
Services include open and supported employment, learning and development, leisure and recreation, respite for carers, daytime activities, in-home and community based individualised and shared supports, support coordination and plan management.

**The position**:
We are currently looking for a new team member to join our People, Culture and Quality team, at our Head Office location, based in Dandenong. Reporting to the PCQ Manager, this permanent, part-time role is focused on providing administration support to the team and will support document management systems and reporting of data.
**About the position**:
The position will be for 2 days per week (15.2 hours). You role will focus on the following priorities:
Document Management:
- Work collaboratively with organisation stakeholders to ensure data and key documents are stored correctly in relevant systems.
- Administer the document control system for the organisation, including coordinating the creation, maintenance, and updating of policies, procedures, forms and templates.
- Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases in liaison with key stakeholders.
- Proactively seek solutions to make data/document storage and collation more efficient and effective.
Intranet (Sharepoint) Data Entry:
- Support the maintenance of our internal Intranet/Sharepoint.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry for all documents on Sharepoint.
- Upload, review and manage documents on the Sharepoint, ensuring the most up to date information is available for use.
**About you**:
- 5 years' experience in document control and data entry.
- Confident using ICT and managing both physical and digital records.
- A keen eye for detail with an aptitude to understanding data and mathematics.
- Team-focused with an excited approach to assist others, find out what you don't know, and grow with The Bridge.
- A strong approach to working with other people, sharing knowledge and developing reports and requirements together.
