With quality and wellbeing at the forefront of what they do, an opportunity exists for a **Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager** to drive and lead the health and safety culture across the business.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will have overall responsibility of the safety, health and environmental aspects of the business, ensuring safety requirements are maintained, and investigations and reporting of incidents occur. Engaging staff will be critical, cultivating a culture of ‘safety first’ through the coordination of health and wellbeing programs and empowering the team to undertake regular reporting. As the sole SHEQ expert in the business, you will maintain the International Standard (ISO) systems, manage the safety and environmental management systems, and update all processes, procedures and policies. You will also lead all internal and external audits and maintain the required certification accreditations.
