The role:

- Develop and commit to the vision and objectives for the** **strategic and annual business plan
- Drive the HSE risk management process within and provide support and educate employees in HSE risk analysis/hazard identification, as well as review and develop HSE policies and procedures
- Implement and/or maintain the HSE Management System
- Conduct various HSE risk assessments as required

About you:

- Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (Cert IV as minimum)
- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and able to have high level conversations
- Be confident to perform in a stand alone capacity
- Return to work Qualified (desirable)
