**About The Role**

McIlwain are seeking a Training Coordinator on a 6 month contract basis to cover maternity leave. The Training Coordinator will be responsible in facilitating, assisting and maintaining training programs.

**Duties**
- Maintain and assist with the management of Lucidity Software.
- Facilitate new employee inductions.
- Update inductions as required (for both project and corporate).
- Assist with the planning and rostering of employees for training courses.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal training packages and training programs.
- General administrative duties and attending to clients/customers/visitors on business at McIlwain.
- Maintain employee training records.

**Skills And Experience**
- Certificate III in Business/Administration.
- 2+ years administrative experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
