As one of Australia’s largest and fastest growing outdoor media companies, we have an opportunity for a talented Partnerships Manager to join the Studio team in our North Sydney office.

You’ll be the face of oOhmedia for our editorial content partners, whose content runs across our digital Out of Home assets nationally as part of our dedicated content program for Australians on the move.

You will keep our content partners, including the AFL, Red Bull Media House, Taronga Zoo, and Australian Geographic, up to date on their activity on our network through regular reporting and communication, and work alongside them to identify opportunities to enhance their content across our network of assets.

Working alongside the Content Manager, you will ensure all content is running in an optimised manner, and work with them to ensure our balance of content partnerships is tailored for each of our audience environments.

In collaboration with the Head of Content, you will help identify new content partnership opportunities with well-established Australian media brands that will be beneficial to oOh’s audience environments and differentiate oOh from its competitive set.

**Here’s what you’ll do**
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Be the key contact to support our external content partners; engage with contacts across all levels of seniority building great business relationships
- Internal and external stakeholder management across Sales, Technology, Creative and Commercial business units
- Work with the Content Manager to create client reports on content performance, insights & distribution
- Work with our Technology and Creative partner teams to identify innovative enhancements and improvements to our content approach
- Identify partnership approaches which drive audience engagement and/or revenue opportunities for the oOh business

**This is what you’ll look like**
- Min 5 years media sales or content partnership role, (or potentially a related industry)
- A strong customer focus and passion for exceptional client experience
- A proven ability to consult and partner with customer groups
- Excellent presentation style and ability to present insights & solutions in an engaging and effective manner to clients
- Good attention to detail and due diligence in your working approach
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization and critical thinking skills
- Good knowledge of the Australian media landscape
- Ability to identify content formats and design systems that work for a short-form Out of Home environment
- Clear entrepreneurial spirit and ability to excel with autonomy
- Adaptability - willing and able to adjust to changing demands and circumstances
- Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients and external suppliers
- Demonstrate excellent networking skills with strong established relationships across the marketing community
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a high pressured and past moving media environment
