**Your Role**:
The Operations Manager role is based in DoE's central office, Brisbane and includes opportunity to design a flexible working arrangement. This role reports to the Manager, Education Systems Management, Customer Engagement, Information and Technologies Branch, People, Information and Communication Services Division.
- ensuring and supporting compliance with delivery of the department's operational strategies, standing service agreements, key performance targets and provision of consistent, high quality services to customers and stakeholders.
