**About Us**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Invoicing/ AR Coordinator will be responsible for reconciling Insurance claims, preparing them for job closure and following up outstanding queries to resolve issues and ensure prompt invoice payment. This is a customer-focused, national role located in our Head Office in East Bentleigh. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with invoicing skills to build their AR skills too in a supportive Finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prepare and submit invoices according to client contract matrix
- Adhere to KPI’s for invoicing and collection target
- Export, import and manage all sales and credit invoices in our accounting system
- Receipting of daily bank deposits
- Compile and process client reimbursements
- Collate all trade costs and sales invoicing for audits as require
- Investigate and resolve both internal and external customer queries

**Capabilities & Behaviours**:

- Particular attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work-load
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in invoicing (highly desirable)
- Administration experience in Insurance or Construction industry (highly desirable)
