Full Job Description
- We are on the lookout for an exceptional **Parts Coordinator / Receptionist** to support a busy and well-respected **Mechanics workshop in Bentleigh.**

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and great with people? We’re a fast-paced, hands-on automotive repair shop looking for a **reliable and enthusiastic Parts Coordinator / Receptionist** to keep our front office running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a smile
- Handle invoicing, payments, and day-to-day admin duties
- Coordinate appointments and keep the schedule on track
- Learn the ins and outs of auto parts and services (we'll teach you)
- Support the team to ensure operations flow like a well-oiled engine

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident with computers, software, and digital tools
- Fast learner with a sharp eye for detail
- Willingness to understand auto parts and learn on the go
- Previous office or admin experience a plus
