Technical Pre-sales Consultant

market focusing on 20 to 200 users, as well as government owned entities. We
actively participate in strategic engagements with our clients, and we look to

About the Technical Presales Role

are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to design and recommend client
technology solutions that align to business needs, are fit for purpose and
profitable for Mangano IT.

Role Outcomes
The role will focus on three main outcomes:
1. Solution design
a. Demonstrate a clear understanding of client requirements and

business goals through the solution design
b. Work collaboratively with the project delivery team on technical

solutions and delivery capabilities
c. Ensure design solutions meet with client expectations allowing for

budget constraints but without compromising on outcomes
2. Estimation and proposals

a. Design technical solutions that are commercially viable and
profitable, ensuring attention to detail to facilitate delivery
within scope

3. Continuous improvement
a. Demonstrate current knowledge of technology available in

the market
b. Committed to continual professional development

About You

Professional presentation and client engagement skills with the ability to
deliver to management, executive and C-suite levels

Ability to analyse, understand, and map business processes
Ability to follow Mangano IT processes
Advanced technical capabilities for problem identification and resolution
Comprehensive knowledge of current and future market offerings, vendor

products, and services available
Exceptional attention to detail
Broad understanding of risk, change and project management and

continuous improvement
Ability to exercise initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior time-management and prioritisation skills working both

autonomously and within the team
Ability to share knowledge and collaborate with the Service, Project, and

Sales Teams
Project delivery experience and a solid technical background

Initially this role will be office-based to allow adequate time to understand the
business systems and processes and how they relate to our clients. Following
completion of the probationary period of six-months, work from home
arrangements can be negotiated in line with our WFH Policy. This role is 40
