**The Opportunity**:
We seek an Assistant Residential Building Manager to join our high-performing RESIpm team to deliver exceptional service to our premium clients. Based on the prestigious Brooklyn on Brooks Portfolio based at Fortitude Valley.

What does this job involve?
We seek an Assistant Building Manager to assist the Building manager facilitate Property Management services in our RESIpm team.

The position involves Assistant management of all operational areas of the property, including building administration, supervision of contractors, communication with all stakeholders, assisting the Property Management division and all things related to Bodies Corporate.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving in a diverse environment.
Proactive attitude with the ability to identify areas of improvement and make significant changes
Excellent time management and communication skills
A team player who desires to make a big difference in the business's profitability.
The ability to forge and maintain key working relationships
A high level of customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with all property stakeholders, including owners, tenants, and clients.
Deliver excellent customer service and develop relationships with the property's client base that build future business through their satisfaction with the product and your understanding of their needs
Consultative partnering with committee members to ensure building activity is communicated.

Demonstrated attention to detail, strong interpersonal and time management skills, and a passion for customer service.
A genuine interest in a career in the management rights industry.
Previous experience managing all aspects of a busy residential complex, or management experience, ideally in a building management environment, is highly regarded.
Real Estate Agent Licence
At least five years experience in a similar role coupled with Good working knowledge of the Property Occupations Act, Agents Financial Administration Act, Residential Tenancies Authority Act, Body Corporate and Community Management Act, Anti-Discrimination and Privacy Acts.
Have a high level of interpersonal skills.
Flexible approach to accommodate the needs of a changing environment.
Intermediate skills with MS Office.
