Receptionist Position Available, Join Our Growing Team at BG Electrical & Air Con

Hi everyone,

We’re looking to hire a receptionist for our air conditioning business

This role can be either full-time or flexible school hours, depending on what suits you best. You can work Monday to Friday, or if you prefer, Monday to Thursday — we’re happy to discuss what works.

We’re currently located in Seventeen Mile Rocks and planning to move to a new facility within 10-15 minutes of our current premises once we find the right location.

Pay rate is based on experience

About You:
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

- Experience as a receptionist or office assistant
- Coordinating and booking jobs
- Experience with MYOB
- Familiarity with Mac computers
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Clear communication skills

Your Role Will Include:

- General office duties
- Administration support across all departments
- Coordinating and booking jobs
- Supporting the director with office management tasks
- Entering invoices and receipts into MYOB
- Typing up quotes
- Following up on quotes and invoices
