The Receptionist will be the face of Anglicare Southern Queensland as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and team members. We are offering a full time permanent role.

This is a great opportunity for a Receptionist looking for a role where they can make a difference. The Receptionist will provide general operational administration support to the Counselling Services, including the scheduling of appointments, collecting fees and answering enquiries; and promoting and contributing to a positive team environment.

Salary starts from $28.69 per hour.

**About you**
We’re looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration and reception skills and a “can-do” attitude. Further experience and key selection criteria include:

- Solid work experience in front desk customer representative or reception role;
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to all key stakeholders across all levels;
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to a positive work environment;
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines, independently and as a team member
- Previous scheduling or rostering experience;
- Experience working within a Community service, not of profit or similar organisation is desirable;
- Current National Police Certificate;
- Current Blue card;
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination certificate
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar is desired but not essential
