**Your new role**
They are currently seeking a Loans Assistant to join their successful and close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Handling all incoming calls and enquiries
- Plan and schedule client appointments where required
- Escalating potential risks where identified
- Regular communication with brokers in regards to timeline and service timeframes
- Liaise with solicitors as required
- Resolving loan enquiries and complaints
- Data entry and processing

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Hold a Diploma in Financial Services or Cert IV Certificate in Finance and Broking
