About the Role

Responsible for technical implementation of client projects including assisting with analysis, design, implementation, post-go live support, and ongoing maintenance to meet the client’s expectations.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Implement Modern Workplace solutions and ensuring solution out comes are delivered to expected timelines.
- Lead Technical conversations with key business stakeholders.
- Provide technical support including recommendations on new configurations and integration of new solutions into the existing environment.
- Setup and performing migrations of users to newly developed solutions.
- Provide post-go live 3rd level escalated support as needed.
- Ensuring hand-over of projects to client after project completion
- Preparation and compilation of technical documentation
- Comply with all client specifics
- Perform any other duties, tasks or projects assigned to you.
- Take clear ownership.

**Experience**:

- Minimum5+years of experience a sa Systems Engineer, Technical Lead or related
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft stack tools such as Office365, SCCM, Windows10/11, Azure Virtual Desktop/W365, Intune and Microsoft Defender,
- Ability to respond quickly, competently and patiently. Individual must be able to gather information, evaluate options and offer working solutions.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- 5 years Strong knowledge and implementation experience in several the following technologies:

- Microsoft Windows desktop operating system (Windows 8 and10/11)
- Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop / W365
- Endpoint management solutions - SCCM and Intune
- Microsoft Defender solutions
- Essential 8 maturity assessments / frameworks/ implementations
- M365Suite-Office365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams/Skype, Exchange Online
- Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (WDATP, AIP)
- Active Directory (multi
- forest, multi-domain experience Highly Desirable) Azure Active Directory
- Strong PowerShell and other scripting
- On premise to Cloud migrations
