Job Function: Software & Cloud Services Why SoftwareONE?:
SoftwareONE Australia is now looking for a new team member (M365 Consultant) to join our local Future Workplace team to drive together our M365 projects.

The role:
**Location: Either Sydney, Melbourne or Perth (local hiring) - Permanent W**
**ork Rights required**
- Design and deploy technical solutions for customers leveraging the M365 platform.
- Ability to map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and customer qualification of M365 projects
- Provide input and consultation into scoping and architecture phase of Future Workplace projects.
- Create and implement system designs based on in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.
- Ability to develop detailed technical designs and execute against project plans as well as scope of works.
- Able to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.
- Work with project managers to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.
- Able to identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team.
- Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.
- Maintain a high ethical view.
- Desire to work in a young and versatile team who are passionate about their work and enjoy working with technology.

What we need to see from you:

- **Permanent W**ork Rights in Australia**:

- Considerable experience with a Systems Integrator or service provider or within a large organization implementing complex M365 solutions.
- Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.
- Must be considered as an expert in many areas of the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Have undertaken several Office 365 migrations including.
- On premise to cloud
- Cloud to Cloud e.g., Google, 365>365.
- Expert knowledge in the following technology areas
- Business Productivity (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Identities (AAD, ADFS, B2B, B2C, Local AD)
- M365 Security suite (MCAS, Defender, AIP, AAD, Conditional Access)
- Telephony, SIP, SBC experience favoured.
- Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas
- Office 365 Migration Tools - BitTitan, Quest etc
- Intune and SCCM
- Ancillary Office 365 workloads including but not limited to Forms, Planner, Power Automate, PowerBI, Yammer, Stream.
- Information management
- Mobility and WAN
- Identity management
- Good problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers in project and other meetings.
- Above all else, a fantastic attitude and good nature to bring to the team
