**About the Role**

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the transition of custody assets, ensuring smooth operations across custodial teams and other departments. As the **Custody Transition Lead**, you'll play a key role in investment reporting, unit registry, fund accounting, and process improvements, helping to drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations.

**What You'll Do**
- Oversee custody asset transitions, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Prepare reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement transition plans, troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Monitor and report on investment activities, unit pricing, and fund distributions.
- Work closely with auditors, finance teams, and custodians to maintain compliance and service standards.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency.

**Skills & Experience**
- CPA qualification with strong accounting and reconciliation experience.
- Solid understanding of fund accounting and investment reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
