About Us
Western Private Hospital, located in Footscray, is a boutique private hospital servicing the West of Melbourne with the provision of acute services, which has 62 inpatient beds. WPH’s facilities include four Operating Theatres, CSSD, Day Procedure Unit, Day Oncology Unit, Overnight Ward for CCU, HDU & Surgical patients, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, Specialist Consulting Suites, Nuclear Medicine/PET Centre and supported by pathology, pharmacy, radiology and radiation therapy services.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Implementation Lead to join the Finance and Warehouse project team for implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, working across Monday to Friday, based on-site in Footscray on an initial six (6) month contract.
As Implementation Lead for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central project you will be responsible for guiding our Finance and Supplies teams through the entire implementation process, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. This role involves understanding business requirements, developing solutions, and overseeing system integrations, data migrations, and custom development efforts. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and change management are crucial for a successful implementation.
Key responsibilities will include
- **Project Planning and Execution**: defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
**Stakeholder Management**: acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
**System Integration and Data Migration**: overseeing the integration of Business Central with other systems and the migration of data.
**Change Management and Training**: driving user adoption and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
**Testing & Validation**: Coordinate and support all testing activities, ensuring timely tracking, communication, and resolution of any identified issues
**Risk Management**: identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
**Compliance**: ensuring compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational standards.
**Reporting**: providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
**Post-Implementation Support & Hypercare**: Manage the hypercare period post-go-live for intensive support and issue resolution, ensure smooth system transition to operations, and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement.
- **Strong ERP implementation experience**: specifically, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
**Project management expertise**: including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
**Change management experience**: ability to drive user adoption and manage the transition to the new system.
**Technical knowledge of Business Central**: including its features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
**Business acumen**: understanding of business processes and how they relate to the ERP system.
**Time & Organisation**: excellent time management and organisational skills and be comfortable with meeting timelines associated with a project implementation schedule
