**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused
**Building Coordinator** to join an award winning custom home builder.
The role involves active working relationships with Sales, Estimating and Drafting teams to maintain and improve the administrative process and assist in timely completion of build programs for customers.

**_Responsibilities include though not limited to_**
- Customer care in a warm, welcome and cheerful manner.
- Manage customer expectation ensuring they are regularly provided with build program status of their home.
- Communicate in a professional manner establishing a link between the customer and operational personnel maintaining consistent dialogue and outcomes.
- Maintain customer file information including correspondence, contract variations and key event status.
- Create relevant workflow notes and updates completing tasks and confirming events as they transpire.
- Coordinate the initiation and or transfer to the customer of services connection and relevant meter installations with the relevant authority using on Internet portal interfaces.
**Skills and experience**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable and a want to enjoy a long-term career.
- Experience in a customer-based environment where problem solving and management is essential.
- Previous experience with a volume builder is desirable.
- Previous experience with Pre-site Administration
- Proven ability to work in an environment where customer centric, time critical decisions require discrete information flow and solutions management.
- Developed organisational skills with an ability to manage concurrent tasks and deal with a range of different competing activities.
- Strong and developed interpersonal and communication skills.
