It is a unique destination that is steeped in history and is the home to the Marnong Estate Winery. With over 1,200 acres, Marnong Estate provides an abundance of locations to host your special milestone event and create a unique reception that will match your dream. **Multiple positions available**: - **Casual wait staff**: - **Bartenders**: - **Set up and pack down crew** - Food and wine knowledge is highly regarded or interest in learning - Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed and - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Proven ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment - Experience in similar role highly regarded - Must have an RSA certificate **About you** - Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends - Friendly and Positive Attitude - A strong work ethic and ability to do heavy lifting - Ability to arrange transport to and from work **Job Type**: Casual **Salary**: $29.04 - $34.79 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Public holidays - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates Ability to commute/relocate: - Mickleham, VIC 3064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Customer service - Restaurant: 1 year (preferred) - Barista: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - RSA Certificate (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred) Work Location: In person
