About the Role

Marnong Estate are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Supervisor to provide support to the Event Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Events Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, smooth running of all Events from Set-Ups to Pack-Downs and everything in between.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

• Foster a welcoming, knowledgeable and entertaining environment for guests
• Live and breathe old school hospitality, going above and beyond
• Implementing strategies to maximise guest experience
• Supervise hospitality services including food & beverage and guest experiences
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service standards
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards across all areas
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Collaborate with management to report on performance, staffing, and business opportunities

• Experienced in roster management
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems, booking platforms and hospitality software

Qualifications & Experience

• RSA certification (required)
• Successful track record of Minimum 2 years' as an Event Supervisor
• Successful track record of Minimum 2 years leading a team
• Proven track record of staff training
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
